Reformer Sculpt and Fit
Our signature reformer class builds strength, progresses technique and rises the heat rate in a motivating, challenging full body workout. This class would level you up by adding weights, circuits, and other small tools in a relatively high intensity resistance workout. It will make you burn and build up your muscles with extra special muscle targets.


Prenatal Reformer
Prenatal reformer pilates classes are safe and suitable for women at all stages of pregnancy. These 50 minute classes are grounded in anatomy with a foundation of safe deep core activation, lengthening, stabilizing and strengthening your body, with a focus on preparing you for each stage of pregnancy, labor and a speedy postpartum recovery. Props would be used to modify and transform exercise for the specific physical needs of pregnancy. Overall, the class will leave you feelingenergized, uplifted and empowered.
