Reformer Control

Entry level reformer class will condition your entire body. This is a full body class that will let you get used to reformer, focusing on spinal mobility as well as core stability. This class will great for beginner level.

Reformer HIIT

Entry to Intermediate level class would get your heart rate pumping and your legsburnings within a 50 minute reformer jump board class. Top it off with 15 minutes ofreformer stretching. A Great all round class for the heart, body and mind with morefocus on your glus and legs.

All Studio Pilates

A dynamic total body workout by using all the traditional equipment. Move between the Pilates Wunda Chair, Reformer and Ladder Barrel and Cadillac as you explore the entire Pilates repertoire adapted specifically for your body and mind.

Reformer Sculpt and Fit

Our signature reformer class builds strength, progresses technique and rises the heat rate in a motivating, challenging full body workout. This class would level you up by adding weights, circuits, and other small tools in a relatively high intensity resistance workout. It will make you burn and build up your muscles with extra special muscle targets.

Reformer Stretch

Entry level reformer class will Improve your flexibility and feel your muscles enlengthen and taller. This 25-minute full body reformer workout is followed by 25 minutes of stretching and mobility.

Prenatal Reformer

Prenatal reformer pilates classes are safe and suitable for women at all stages of pregnancy. These 50 minute classes are grounded in anatomy with a foundation of safe deep core activation, lengthening, stabilizing and strengthening your body, with a focus on preparing you for each stage of pregnancy, labor and a speedy postpartum recovery. Props would be used to modify and transform exercise for the specific physical needs of pregnancy. Overall, the class will leave you feelingenergized, uplifted and empowered.
